Review: I Am Second

The 'I Am Second' compaign is well known throughout the internet. It is a movement that is meant to tell the story of many who have found that they couldn ot live without God. Each story is unique and inspirational.

The book was not a part of the original campaign; it is many of the peoples' stories who have spoken on the video version of the campaign. Just as making a book out of a movie, this was not the easiest thing to do. However, I thought that the book was very well put together. At the end of each story, there was a list with pictures of other people whose stories were similar, in case the reader was interested in hearing stories similar to the one they read.

While each story was unique, some seemed to be too similar and a bit redundant. Don't get me wrong-I loved each and every one of the stories, but some of the stories dragged on and seemed like other stories I had already read from the book. I would recommend reading the book a story at a time, rather than trying to read through from cover to cover. I gave the book 4 out of 5 stars, because of the redundancy in parts of the book. I would definitely recommend it because the stories are very inspirational.
